Text Formatting

This mod allows you to put colored and formatted text on signs, books, and command blocks! It works on single player (and multiplayer, if the server has the mod).

New sign system is toggled formats instead of the old 'activate and goes on until you stop it'. This is mainly to match the new JSON system. Other kinds will swap to this later on.
